What information does the application obtain and for what purpose?

The basic subscription saves all your information on your device. Unless you explicitly ask, we do not store or access your entries and data. By default your data is stored only locally on your device. You can optionally back up data to Google Drive on Android or Apple iCloud on iOS.

We obtain your email address when you request support by email or a customer support form. We use your email only to provide support, feedback, or important information.

Backup

We recommend regular backups. Users may opt in to a tier that provides backup and sync across devices.

Android Google Drive Backups

Android users can optionally back up data using Google Drive. Backups are stored in private Google Drive space and count against the user's quota. We use a secure connection to the Google Account and do not keep email addresses or names inside the app. View Google's policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

iOS iCloud Backups

iOS users can optionally back up data using iCloud Drive. Backups are stored in private iCloud Drive space and count against the user's quota. Learn more about iCloud security at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202303.

Analytics

The application may collect anonymized usage data that helps us deliver and improve services, such as app launches, taps, screen visits, session durations, app updates, or crash and performance reports. These data are anonymized and aggregated. The application does not collect user-generated content such as journal entries, photos, names, surnames, email, or anything typed within the app.

Photos

You may attach photos to journal entries. Photos are stored locally in app storage. If you choose cloud backup, multi-device support, or manual export, photos may be included in those private backups or exported files. We have no access to your photos.

Android and iOS Third-Party Services

Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Inc.)

• Used to collect and analyze anonymized usage data to improve the app.
• Data may include device identifiers, installation IDs, usage data, anonymized IP addresses, session durations, device models, operating systems, geography, and app events.
• Data retention: 2 months.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google Inc.)

• Used to identify crashes and errors to improve app reliability.
• Data may include Crashlytics installation UUIDs, crash traces, device models, geography, and operating systems.
• Data retention: 90 days.

Changes

We may modify or replace this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and users should review it from time to time.

Terms of Use

Although these clauses are standard for software products, you should read them entirely.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and LifePattern AI, LLC for the LifePattern.AI mobile application. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. License. The software is licensed, not sold. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use one copy for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA.

2. Restrictions of Use. You may not distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, translate, modify, rent, lease, resell, sublicense, assign, or transfer the software or this license except as authorized by the Company.

3. Copyright. All title and ownership rights remain with LifePattern AI, LLC. You may not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty. The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or similar damages related to possession, access, use, or malfunction of the software.

6. Privacy and Advertising. You should read the Privacy Policy available on this website or in the application.

7. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from losses or expenses arising from your use of the software or breach of this EULA.

8. Updates and Modifications. The Company may release updates or modifications that add, change, or remove functionality, and your use may be subject to those updates.

9. Medical Disclaimer. The software is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from qualified health providers for medical conditions or emergencies.

10. Subscriptions. LifePattern.AI may be available through beta, free, free trial, paid subscription, or sponsored subscription programs.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled before the renewal date.
• Yearly subscriptions are paid upfront and renew automatically until canceled before renewal.
• Refunds cannot be claimed for partial subscription periods where prohibited by marketplace policy.
